Steve Blyth joined LRS as the new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) in 2024, bringing with him a wealth of experience as a seasoned commercial leader. With a dynamic career spanning several decades, Steve’s journey reflects a commitment to excellence and a drive for continuous growth. Steve’s career began at Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Company, where he honed his skills as a General Manager before transitioning to Cintas Corporation, where he held various roles, including Branch Manager and Vice President of Sales. His tenure at Cintas saw him rise through the ranks, showcasing his ability to drive sales success and lead teams to achieve ambitious goals. Following his impactful contributions at Cintas, Steve embarked on a new chapter at ODP Corporation, where he served as Senior Vice President of Sales, overseeing a significant B2B sales force. Steve’s career journey is a testament to his resilience, strategic acumen, and commitment to driving results. His extensive experience in sales training, territory management, and executive leadership makes him a valuable addition to our team at LRS.

Tony Cincotta

Chief Operating Officer

Tony Cincotta joined LRS as the new Chief Operating Officer in December 2023. He brings extensive experience in the waste and recycling industry, with a leadership approach focused on safety, operational excellence, and strategic growth. Tony’s dedication to developing productive working relationships and fostering team development ensures he brings significant value to LRS. Prior to joining LRS, Tony served as COO at Texas Pride Disposal and held key leadership roles at Sweeping Corporation of America and Republic Services. His expertise and commitment to improving processes and ensuring safe, best-in-class operational performance have earned him recognition in the industry.

Kate Daly

Chief Human Resources Officer

Kate Daly joined LRS in 2023 as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Kate oversees all organizational development, talent management, total rewards and employee engagement initiatives. Prior to LRS, she most recently held the positions of SVP of Global Human Resources for Optimas Solutions and CHRO at DSC Logistics . She has had a long career in HR leadership roles and is passionate about designing and driving robust people strategies to help achieve organizational goals. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University.

Dan Goldstein

Dan Goldstein assumed the role of CFO at LRS effective September 2024, bringing over two decades of specialized experience in finance, procurement, and mergers and acquisitions within the waste industry. His leadership style is characterized by strategic acumen and a deep understanding of financial dynamics, which he leverages to guide LRS’s financial operations and support its long-term growth objectives effectively. Throughout his career, he has garnered recognition for driving financial success and fostering strategic partnerships, making him a valuable addition to LRS’s leadership team. Dan’s practical expertise is complemented by his academic background, holding a BA in Economics and an MBA in Finance from the University of Illinois.

Corey H. Grauer

Chief Legal Officer

Corey Grauer joined LRS in 2022 as Chief Legal Officer, bringing with him a wealth of leadership skills and legal expertise. He is entrusted with executive management and oversight of LRS’ legal affairs, risk management and compliance. Prior to joining LRS, Corey held significant roles as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Compliance Officer at Marmon Holdings, Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway Company. His tenure at Marmon reflects his ability to navigate complex legal landscapes and drive compliance strategies effectively. Corey has been practicing law for over 30 years and his educational background includes a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Illinois in Urbana – Champaign.

Rob Fisher

Chief Information Officer

Rob Fisher joined LRS in 2023. As CIO, Rob is responsible for providing vision and leadership to the development, implementation support, and maintenance of the overall information systems, as well as the development of LRS’ digital strategy and technology roadmap. He also runs our Transformation initiatives, working closely with the executive team and department heads to drive business strategy and delivery of capabilities required to achieve organizational success. Prior to LRS, Rob was at Compass Minerals Inc. where he served as the Chief Information & Transformation Officer. Throughout his time with Compass Minerals, Rob demonstrated exceptional leadership abilities, utilizing IT solutions to drive business operations and define culture. Rob holds a Master of Accounting & Information Systems from University of Kansas and a Bachelor’s degree from State University of New York at Geneseo.

Patrick Whalen

Senior Vice President, Environmental Health and Safety

Patrick Whalen joined LRS in 2024 as the SVP of Environmental Health and Safety, leveraging over a decade of expertise in health, safety, and environmental management. His leadership is characterized by a proactive approach to safety, emphasizing policy development, training, and compliance. Patrick’s value lies in his ability to create safer work environments and ensure regulatory adherence. Prior to joining LRS, he served as VP at Lagoon Water Midstream and held various roles at Marathon Oil Corporation. Patrick holds an MBA from the University of Maine, an MS in Environmental Management, and a BS from The Ohio State University. Additionally, he contributes as a board member at The Kaleo Foundation.

Joe Sturtz joined LRS in 2024 as the SVP of Fleet and Maintenance, leveraging 30 years of transportation and logistics expertise. His prior roles at ArcBest, Yellow, and Universal Logistics Holdings highlight his proficiency in navigating complex logistics landscapes. Additionally, in 2017 Matt was recognized by Waste360 in its annual “Top 40 Under 40” program which recognizes inspiring and innovative professionals under the age of 40 whose work in waste, recycling and organics has made a significant contribution to the industry.
